  I notice on the bumper that there are 2 holes that look like fog light holes. Is that the intended purpose of the design, or are they for allowing air to pass through into the fender area for brake cooling?

  It is just for ventilation purpose. The size of the hole is 11cm (front part) and 10cm (inner part).
