The OEM accelerator is position on the floor of the vehicle makes it great for long highway cruising, which is not ideal for spirited driving. The Nielex Suspended Accelerator Pedal is easily installed to replace the OEM pedal. The aim in changing the gas pedal is to allow for better contact with accelerator to promote heel-toe during spirited driving. The pedal assembly is made of high-quality aluminum and replaces the upper portion of the accelerator as well as the pedal.
