Questions on Garage Vary BP Cam Cover

  • For the Cam angle Sensor on the BP4W head, is that a hole on the cam gear cover or does it come with a mounting point as well?

    Unfortunately, this product is not entirely plug-n-play for NB’s.
    
    For the NB, the gel coat has small outlines that marks the areas that need to be trimmed and cut for the CAS and TPS sensor. This product does not have a mounting point for the CAS. The CAS keeps its original mounting point on the OEM valve cover. The hole is to allow the CAS through.
    
    Unlike the Maruha Cam cover that requires trimming of the OEM valve cover and removal of the upper timing belt plastic cover, the GV BP CAM Cover can be installed ‘over’ the OEM valve cover and upper timing belt cover.
