- Can this item be modified for use on LHD vehicles, or is there a LHD variation available?

  The only issue is the “wind blade” shape is not in the most optimal location for LHD. A portion of it is cover/hidden under the wiper arm.
  
  So in conclusion, they do work on LHD but the “wind blade” is not in the best spot.
