- Do these have lips on the inside similar to the oem fenders? Also, do you know what spoiler that is in the 15in fitment pictures? Thanks!

Yes, it has a lip inside. We've added more pictures to the product listing, hope it helps!
As for the rear spoiler, they said it's a universal one that they added custom mounts. They don't remember the model, unfortunately.
