  Does this installation of this product require any drilling or other modification to fit? If possible, please provide a photo or PDF, etc of the install guide as provided by the manufacturer.

  It requires drilling screws in 4 spots which are right under the license plate (plastic) and under the bumper. Installation takes about 10 minutes.
