What material is this front lip made from?
I am aware that this is suited for the 1999-2000 model. However, since it is comprised of three individual pieces, could this be mounted to a 2001-2004 model?

It is made from FRP.
Unfortunately, it really cannot fit onto the NB2 properly so we cannot say it can be mounted onto it.
