- Shipping is usually done within 4 days of the order being recieved. in cases where an item is out of stock, on back order or on special order, your item will ship within 1 to 3 weeks (usually within 2 weeks). All shipments will be sent via either Canada Post or Japan Post. Please notice us if your country charges excessive taxes. We have great brokers that can minimize duty fees. Each shipment will reflect the appropriate shipping, handling and insurance charges. However, errors may appear and if it is either unreasonable for us or for you, you will be refunded the difference. We also offer cheaper shipping option (Surface) but it takes 1 to 2 months to arrive at your place. If that is not a problem for you, please contact us and we will send you a shipping quote.
- Privacy & Security
- At REV9 Autosport, your privacy is paramount. We do not share any personally identifiable information about you with anyone. We will never sell or rent your name, email address, telephone or fax numbers, address, or credit card numbers. If you agree on subscribing at our Newsletter, we will send you, periodically, emails containing updates and promotions about our items. You can unsubscribe at any time by only replying to the email.
- Returns & Replacements
- At REV9 Autosport, our goal is your satisfaction. Any items that are defective or not fitting (unless because of the chassis/car year) will be allowed to be returned and refunded or exchanged. We will only honour exchanges when we receive the item back. Used items cannot be returned because of the item condition, unless something was not stated in the description. Please consider that used items may have some scratches or other small flaws such as blemishes or dirt. We will not refund shipping to our warehouse, however, we will ship the item back to your place for FREE. Special order items will be returned at a 10% restocking fee if our supplier cannot take the item back.
- Ordering
- When ordering, you will need to provide us billing and shipping information. We will send you an invoice and you will have to pay for it. Once the payment is sent,
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- We only accept Credit Card or PayPal payment when using our website. All payments are processed using PayPal. If you want to pay by check or cash, please contact us for instructions. Pricings on REV9 Autosport can change at any time. The fluctuation of Japanese Yen changes so fast that it may happen that some prices are not updated. We will honour the price on our website unless the exchange rate goes down too fast and we cannot update our pricings. If that happens, we will send you a refund and let you know the updated price.
- Viewing Orders
- To view your orders, you only need to login into your account. You can contact us if you need any assistance.
- Updating Account Information
- You are responsible for the shipping address you provide us. Updating your account information is very important. To do so, you only need to login into your sccount and change your personal informations.
